It is important to remove processed foods from your diet, including foods with added sugars, chemicals, sodas, junk foods

Root Chakra- Basic material needs, physical security, financial security, confidence, being grounded and practical, stability and survival.
An unbalanced or damaged Root Chakra often causes us to have problems retaining and making currency, difficulty showing initiative or courage, the inability to recognize opportunities due to fear and lack of confidence, paranoia, flightiness or head being in the clouds and the inability to commit to (projects, ideas, people etc.)
Physical Symptoms: Kindney infections or kidney related illnesses, lower back pain, pain/complications with the lower body from your hips to your feet, rectal discomfort, constipation, circulatory complications.
Root Chakra Foods-
Root Vegetables: potato (red potato), sweet potato, parsnip, turnip, carrot, beetroot, onion, garlic, ginger and turmeric.
Red Foods: Strawberries, cherries, apples, pomegranate, tomato, raspberries, watermelon, cranberries, red kidney beans, red cabbage, and red peppers.
Sacral Chakra– Our Connection to other people, creativity, feeling abundant, being able to find joy and an appreciation for life, passion, pleasure, fertility, intimacy and sexuality.
An unbalanced or damaged Sacral Chakra can manifest in a difficulty or inability to have or maintain healthy relationships, sexual complications, unfulfilled sex life, lingering attachments to old partners, trouble getting pregnant, trouble prioritizing yourself or giving to yourself, self-doubt, low self-esteem, jealousy, feelings of remorse or guilt and or carrying baggage from your past.
Physical Symptoms- urinary or bladder problems, painful or irregular menstruation, difficulty conceiving, impotency, and back pain.
Sacral Chakra Foods–
Nuts and Seeds: Cashew, almond, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, flax seed, sunflower seeds
Orange Foods: Oranges, grapefruit, nectarine, tangerines, persimmon, carrots, pumpkin, sweet potatoes/yams, cantaloupe, peaches, mango, papaya, squash.
Solar Plexus– Willpower, discipline, fire energy and motivation, personal power, gut instinct, self-acceptance and being our true selves, finding and living the truth of your purpose, accepting our growth, trials and changes, setting and accomplishing goals
An unbalanced or damaged Solar Plexus, can lead to feelings of inadequacy, chronic depression, indecisiveness, constantly comparing yourself to others, easily angered or irritated, worrying about the opinion of others, taking things personally, feeling powerless, constantly changing yourself to suit the needs of others in order to be accepted, egotistical, perfectionist or controlling.
Physical Symptoms- bloating, lack of energy, constantly tired or sleepy, problems with the liver, indigestion, gut health, eating disorders, constant sickness and threatened immune system
Solar Plexus Foods–
Whole Grains and Beans: Oats, Spelt, Rye, Wild or Brown Rice, Chickpeas, Navy Beans, Lentils, Black Beans etc.
Spices: Curries, Turmeric, Cinnamon, Ginger, Nutmeg, Cardamom, Chamomile
Yellow Foods: Bananas, Lemons, Corn, Yellow Beets, Yellow Peppers, Yellow Onions, Pineapple , Butternut Squash , Yellow Pears, Turnips
Heart Chakra– Our ability to feel, give and receive love, inner sense of peace, gratitude, compassion, empathy, forgiveness, trust, patience, understanding, emotional reasoning, connecting the lower chakras to the higher chakras,
An unbalanced or damaged Heart Chakra can lead to problems feeling or receiving love from others or self, the inability to value self and accept all parts of yourself, jealousy, insecurity and relationships that are toxic, selfish and or suffocating, feelings of abandonment, constantly givining to others but never receiving, being overly critical or judgmental, the inability to forgive, holding on to grudges, being superficial or materialistic, moodiness or mood swings, a stank attitude.
Physical Symptoms- Heart complications, asthma, lung disease, arm, chest and upper back problems, illnesses affecting the breasts, lymphatic system complications, difficulty breathing, low or high blood pressure.
Heart Chakra Foods–
Herbs: basil, chives, spearmint, coriander, dill, oregano, parsley, thyme, rosemary, tarragon, basil and sage.
Green Foods: Celery, Parsley, Zucchini, Cucumber, Lettuce, all varieties, Chinese greens, baby bok choy, chards, Broccoli, Brussel Sprouts, Cabbage, Green Tomatoes, Green Peppers, Okra, Green Beans, Green Snap Peas, Fennel, Leeks, Peas, Edamame (high in protein), Green Olives, Kiwis, Honeydew, Green grapes, Green Apples, Avocados, Green Figs, Green Pears, Lime
Throat Chakra- Healthy expression, clear communication (verbal and non-verbal), being able to speak your truth, being able to verbally express problems or issues to others, speaking to large groups, directing eternal energy into the outer world or reality, speaking things into existence, fluidity of the emotional body(water traits)
An unbalanced or damaged Throat Chakra can manifest in difficulty or the inability to speak up for yourself in the midst of wrong doing, unclear communication, sending mixed signals, inability to convey messages in a simple non-confusing manner, timid speaking voice, exaggeration or lying, difficulty listening to others, talking over others, oral fixations, compulsive eating.
Physical Symptoms- complications with the ears, jaw, neck or throat, dental problems, excessive mucus, swollen glands, tightness in the throat, losing your voice, coughs or hoarseness, thyroid problems.
Throat Chakra Foods– ( I recommend using these 3 days to do liquid fasting or a pure liquid diet)

Third Eye– Perception of reality, differentiating between worlds and dimensions, vision, intuition, mediumship, interpretation of spiritual messages, mysticism, knowledge and wisdom, spiritual discernment, insight, being able to apply knowledge to better lifestyle and living, mental clarity.
An unbalanced or damaged Third Eye chakra can manifest in neglecting our intuition or gut instinct, repeating cycles because we are unable to perceive our learning lessons, clouded or confusing visions or thought process, difficulty learning or retaining information, always being in a dream like or hazy state, believing illusions, not being able to see the full or bigger picture, confusing fantasy with your reality.
Physical symptoms- constant headaches, problems with eyesight and vision, insomnia, restlessness, seizures, mental fog, paranoia, hallucinations.

Crown Chakra– The Gateway to divinity, the doorway and portal to your higher-self, seeing beyond the physical world into the universal and cosmic, mindfulness, connectedness with the ALL, being able to see yourself in all things, enlightenment, seeing ourselves outside of ourselves, connection to source energy, divinity and duality, a constant fountain of inspiration.
An imbalanced or damaged Crown Chakra can be identified by constant states of confusion, a sense of elitism or superiority, lack of humanity, feeling as if you lack a purpose, feeling bored with life, over thinking, difficulty maintaining positive thought processes, obsessive thoughts, living with no direction, thoughts of suicide, being cynical or consistently negative.
Physical Symptoms- Neurological disorders, sleep disorders, mental illness, sensitivity to light and sound, endocrine disorders.
Fasting for Spiritual Enlightenment and Detoxification
